After Vidya Balan, Rani Mukerji and Priyanka Chopra, another actress is all set to flaunt the Marathi mulgi avatar, and that is Asin. As heard earlier, the South star has been learning the langauge for quite sometime.(read news)

Apparently, the actress will be playing the role of a Marathi girl in 'Khiladi 786' opposite Akshay Kumar and it is heard that she has gone out of her way to perfect her look for her character.

Excited to be playing a cheerful and energetic Maharashtrian, Asin decided to personally select a few navvari saris for herself. Talking about her experience, Asin said, "Navvari saris are so beautiful and I had a great time selecting the prettiest ones. I also wanted to meet the sellers to pick up the finer nuances of the language and the traditional way of draping the navvari. I loved the entire experience."

Sources say that Asin has been working very hard with the Marathi dialect and she made it a point to interact with the crew in Marathi as well. When she was seen wearing a navvari, everyone were awestruck as she looked beautiful and elegant. Well, this new look is definitely going to be a treat for her fans.

In the meanwhile, everything has been going well as the movie will be releasing next month. Besides Askhay and Asin, the film also stars Mithun Chakraborty, Paresh Rawal and Himesh Reshammiya in key roles.
