(Cover) - EN Star Style - Audrina Patridge thinks women should wait ten years if they want cosmetic surgery.

The American star found fame on reality show The Hills and now has her own eponymous programme.

There has been speculation Audrina may have had a boob job, and while she's remaining tight-lipped about the rumour, she admits being open about the prospect of going under the knife.

"I haven't had facial surgery or anything like that, but if I felt I needed it, I would. Young girls should enhance what they already have, and if they feel they want surgery they should wait ten years, or they might regret it," she said.

Audrina has a slim physique that's made her the envy of women the world over, but she still has insecurities. Her chest area is the main one, as she's concerned she looks uneven.

"I actually have a chest problem," she told more! magazine. "It's genetic and I try not to let it get to me, but it can look bad in a bathing suit. It looks like it's higher on the right than on the left that's my insecurity." (C) Cover Media
