"Ayyare", starring Rajendra Prasad and Shivaji, is finally seeing the light of the day.

The film ran into problems thanks to the publicity that the movie is based on the controversial Swamy Nityananda who went to court alleging that the film is made on his life and hence stop the release.  

Court ordered Censor Board to form two committees to look into the issue. Both the committees saw the movie and gave clearance saying that they didn`t find any objectionable matter in the film.

"So we are finally releasing the movie on 20th January. "Ayyare" is a clean entertainer that can be enjoyed by everyone," said producers Sudhakar Babu and Rangana Achchappa.

Sagar Chandra said he is happy that the song - 2012 - is already popular. "The song is shot on Shivaji and Aditi Agarwal and is famous with the crowd," he said.
