The singer has recorded a high-energy dance video to help tackle childhood obesity and motivate her younger fans to start moving more.
The footage was filmed in a school canteen and features the RnB star dancing surrounded by pupils.
Dressed in denim shorts and bright green knee-length socks, the star can be seen leading an energetic routine designed to inspire her young fans to dance.
"It's all about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise and what we want to do is make it fun by doing something we all like to do and that's dance," Beyonc told British newspaper The Sun.
Famed for her healthy curves and toned figure, the 29-year-old re-recorded her 2006 song Get Me Bodied from her album B'Day and renamed it Move Your Body.
The clip aims to promote the American Let's Move initiative, which is spearheaded by the US presidents wife Michelle Obama.
It will be broadcast on May 3 in a number of US schools. (C) Cover Media
