Producer Ekta Kapoor has indefinitely delayed the shoot of Vishal Bhardawaj's 'Dream Sequence' and the talented director thinks that Saif is the reason behind this delay. The movie from the start has been facing a lot of issues of first Saif declining the offer and then when Abhay Deol was cast, Saif showed interest in the film. Vishal agreed to cast his favourite actor but then Saif wanted his female lead from the top league and the makers could not settle on common grounds. Also the film is quite similar to Leonardo Dicaprio's Hollywood blockbuster 'Inception' and needs a huge amount of cash flowing in. Indecisiveness and high budget has led to the delay for the films to go on floors. By the time Vishal was offered Chetan Bhagat's '2 States' with Shahrukh Khan which made 'Dream Sequence' of lesser priority.
