The last movie that was released by B.R. Films, 'Bhoothnath' didn't do very well at the box office. But yet, the makers of the film want to do a sequel to the movie with Amitabh Bachchan playing the lead role himself.

Produced by Ravi Chopra, this time the sequel titled 'Bhoothnath 2' will be directed by Nitesh Tiwari who co-directed the National Award-winning film 'Chillar Party'.

Though the details of the film are yet to be confirmed, sources close to the development stated that Mr. Bachchan loved the script and the team has been talking to him for a while now.

They further stated that the shooting for the same will commence from December-January. In the meantime Bachchan sahab has a few films like 'Satyagraha' and 'Mehrunissa' in his kitty.
