'Ragini MMS', that was produced by Ekta Kapoor, was a major hit. The horror film created waves among the audiences and also at the box office. Now, the popular filmmaker would like to make a sequel to the horror-thriller titled 'Ragini MMS 2'.

Interestingly, Sunny Leone the adult film star, will play the lead role in this film. Sunny, who created a mark in B-Town making her debut with the movie 'Jism 2', has been very fond of Mumbai and the Hindi cinema ever since.

Ekta has signed director Bhushan Patel who made his directorial debut with the recent movie '1920- Evil Returns' starring Aftab Shivdasani and Tia Bajpai. Ekta was thrilled with the director's way of execution and immediately signed him for her next.

The makers state that the shooting schedule will begin by next year. 'Ragini MMS' was an experimental movie that turned out to be a major hit. Hence, they decided to go ahead with the sequel.
