Before leaving for International India Film Academy (IIFA) Awards, Bipasha Basu was surprised by her supporting staff that has been working with her on her fitness DVD. 

For the past few weeks, Bipasha, along with her team has been sweating it out to prepare her next fitness DVD. 

Not only Bipasha, but a bunch of other people have also been working out with her back to back with Bipasha's strong dedication. The actress that inspired her team was rewarded for the inspiration she gave them.

Bipasha's team surprised her with a huge bash as they felt that the hard working beauty deserves all the love and pampering. They cut in a cake to commemorate her week long hard work and effort behind the shooting of the fitness DVD. 

Bipasha who was taken aback with the surprise was completely in awe of the thoughtful gesture of her crew that left her with a big smile on her face. 

Now, that's the kind of momentum one needs before the show begins and we are sure with these great memories Bipasha will rock the IIFA this year yet again.
