(Cover) - EN Star Style - Blake Lively reportedly purchased 40 pairs of shoes on a recent shopping spree.

The 23-year-old actress is best known for portraying Serena van der Woodsen in hit US teen drama Gossip Girl, which recounts the adventures of a group of fashionable youngsters living in New York.

Blake is just as stylish as her Gossip Girl character Serena in real life, and regularly tops the best-dressed lists of various fashion magazines.

Trendy Blake is especially fond of high-heels made by iconic designer Christian Louboutin, and has one of the labels shoes named after her, so she was thrilled to attend a recent New York Christian Louboutin sample sale.

According to Grazia, Blake stayed shopping at the event for four hours, and eventually left with 40 pairs of elegant footwear.

The fashionista was quick to inform reporters she hadnt purchased all the pairs for herself though.

I have sisters, so Im getting gifts for them and for friends. Of course, I got quite a few for myself, too, Blake is quoted as saying. (C) Cover Media
