Blythe Danner thinks her daughter Gwyneth Paltrow has "beautiful talent."

The 69-year-old American actress is incredibly proud of what Gwyneth has accomplished.

In Blythe's opinion Gwyneth, who has two young children with her husband Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, juggles motherhood and her career obligations exceptionally well.

"I don't know how she does it, she balances everything a lot better than I ever could have," Blythe gushed to In Touch magazine. "She's got her website [Goop.com] and her work out and her beautiful, beautiful talent in cooking. It just doesn't end!"

Blythe is grateful for all the love that her daughter has brought into her life. The grandmother loves spending time with Gwyneth's children, seven-year-old daughter Apple and five-year-old son Moses.

"They teach me how to be free and how to really love life and just dive in with both feet," Blythe explained.

Gwyneth is the daughter of Blythe and deceased film and television director father Bruce Paltrow.

Gwyneth and her husband Chris were married at a hotel in Southern California in December 2003.
