As Rohit Shetty's much awaited action comedy Bol Bachchan is on the verge of it's release, controversy has popped up regarding it's distribution rights in Nagpur.

Appu Wadhwani, Nagpur based distributer, has filed a civil case against, producers, Ajay Devgn and Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd,alleging that the producers went in for a deal with another company by dishonouring the one they struck with him last year, for the film's all-India theatrical rights. He moved to a local court asking for a stoppage on the film's release. 

Ajay Devgn, the co-producer of the film, refused to comment anything on this issue, but clarified that he did not cheat his distributors. He further stated that the matter is between Appu and Ashtavinayak as both have filed cases against each other and he is not involved in anyway.
