Bombay High Court will resume the pending 2002 Hit and Run case of the accussed, superstar Salman Khan on July 1, as the court today adjourned the hearing of Khan's appeal against conviction.
Khan got a respite after he was sentenced five years of jail term and he was asked to submit a security deposit of Rs. 2 lakh as cash before he left the country for a show in Dubai.
Khan's 2002 Hit and Run case pertains to the hitting of his SUV in a bakery shop killing one pavement dweller but Salman denied the fact.
Salman is currently busy with the shoot of Sooraj Barjatya's 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo'.
