(Cover) - EN Star Style - Brooke Shields has no time to go clothes shopping anymore.

The 45-year-old took to the stage at Feinsteins at Loews Regency in New York on Tuesday for the first night of her cabaret show In My Life. She wowed the crowd by bursting into song and revealing funny details about her life, and has been preparing for the show for many weeks.

Brooke has modelled in the past, and fashion is something which is close to her heart. For this reason shes devastated that shes been too busy to stock up on the latest trends recently, revealing the only shopping shes done has been for her daughters Rowan, seven, and four-year-old Grier.

Oh my God. I havent been shopping in so long. I went to American Eagle and bought stuff for my kid, she laughed.

Brooke also waded in on the current controversy surrounding Kim Kardashians nude cover for W magazine. Kim was recently seen crying on her TV show Kourtney and Kim Take New York, as she was so devastated by how revealing the shots were. In them, she is seen naked but covered in silver paint. Kim insists she didnt realise the pictures would be so risqu, but Brooke finds her dismay hard to take.
