Bollywood remake of Warrior titled 'Brothers' starring Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra earns Rs 36.63 crore in two days.

Considering the star cast of the movie it was expected to have a great start as per trade pundits. However, it opened with Rs.15.21 cr on Friday and managed to take a leap of 40% only on Saturday earning Rs. 21.43 cr.

While in conversation with a leading news agency Akshay Kumar said, "Brothers was not an easy film to make. We worked hard. We started prepping for the film five months before the shooting. We got punches on our faces because the fight sequences in the film are mostly contact fights."
