(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Cameron Diaz says her sex scene with Justin Timberlake in upcoming movie Bad Teacher was "a form of hilarity" for the cast and crew.

The Hollywood actress stars alongside her former beau Justin in the comedy movie. The film follows foul-mouthed lazy teacher Elizabeth Halsey, played by Cameron, in her quest to pursue a substitute teacher, who is portrayed by Justin.

Cameron says shooting the intimate scenes between the pair was a source of entertainment for everybody on set.

"Yes, yes. It was just [an] absurdity, a form of hilarity for all of us involved. We went to work that day and said, what time do we start being ridiculous? Eight o'clock? Perfect," she quipped in an interview with People magazine.

Jake Kasdan, the film's director has described the intimate moment in the movie as the "most uncomfortable sex scene in history".

However, the American filmmaker says both Cameron and Justin were professionals when it came to filming the awkward scenes.

"They got in there and started doing it. And it was so funny, we just couldn't stop shooting it. And we were doing it almost the whole day. And really crying, laughing at the [video] monitors," he laughed. "I guess the real truth is that they're good friends They're buddies."

Cameron and Justin started dating in 2003 and broke up in 2007. Cameron is currently dating Alex Rodriguez, while Justin has recently split from his long-term girlfriend Jessica Biel. (C) Cover Media
