(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlize Theron is moved by the "overwhelming sensation of love" she feels for her son.

The Hollywood star announced she had adopted baby boy Jackson on her own in March.

Charlize sometimes forgets that she wasn't a mother in the past.

"It's an overwhelming sensation of love," the actress told E! News. "There's almost a moment where I feel like I can't remember anything prior to him. I feel like it was always just meant to be what it is. Everyday I'm just like, 'It's not possible to love you more,' and then 20 minutes later you're like, 'Oh my god! How is this possible?' "

Charlize doesn't interpret any aspect of parenthood negatively.

"It's strangely everything that you've hoped for and it feels so right," she explained. "I don't know how else to say it."

Charlize's upcoming film Snow White and the Huntsman also starring Kristen Stewart will premiere in June. (C) Cover Media
