(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Charlotte Church is determined to break the US with the support of her former fianc Gavin Henson, it has been reported.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed a hugely successful career, having risen to fame as a classical singer when she was a child. The Welsh musician now wants to take her talents across the pond and is inspired by the success of pop beauty Cheryl Cole, 27, who is rumoured to be set for a role on the US version of The X Factor.

Charlotte is hoping she will have the blessing of ex-fianc Gavin in order to take their children, Ruby, three, and two-year-old Dexter, with her. The couple called off their engagement last May after a turbulent and highly-publicised relationship.

Charlotte has been wanting to conquer the US for a while. Shes said if Cheryl can do it, she can. The kids are her top priority so shes considering how the move would affect them, a friend told Closer magazine.

Her pals have revealed the star is intensifying her work out routines to prepare for the possible move. The singer is combining cardio and toning with a 30-day meal plan.

She doesnt want to be a size zero, but she wants to look good, the insider added.

Last week, it was reported rugby player Gavin had signed a 500,000 deal to join French team Toulon. The sports star is said to be supportive of Charlottes decision because of his recent relocation. Although he has only signed a five-month contract, 29-year-old Gavin has already hinted his move to France could become permanent.

It is speculated that if Charlotte relocates to America, her new boyfriend will accompany her and the kids. The singer has been dating guitarist Jonathan Powell since July and the pair have been inseparable.
