(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Chelsea Handler has fuelled speculation she is dating 50 Cent after posting a picture of the pair in bed together on the internet.

The American talk show host has been seen in public with the rapper - whose real name is Curtis James Jackson several times recently.

The pair are said to have hit it off when 50 performed on Chelseas television show last year. Now Chelsea has released an image where she is kissing the hip-hop star on the head as he hugs her.

"I don't know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper (sic)" Chelsea wrote on her Twitter page, while posting a photograph of the pair in a white cotton-sheet bed.

The pair were seen looking cosy in October at the Blue Nile jazz bar in New Orleans but then the blonde-haired presenter was quick to quash suggestions they were actually dating.

"Everyone, calm down. I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There's nothing to report yet, I'll let you know if there is, (sic) she tweeted in October.

50 Cent is well-known for being a ladies man, and is father to 12-year-old Marquise, his son from a previous relationship with Shaniqua Tompkins. Chelsea has been single since ending a short-lived relationship with television producer Dave Salmoni in the summer. (C) Cover Media
