Christina Aguilera: Acting changed me

(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Aguilera has revealed working on the movie Burlesque changed her as a person.

The 29-year-old American pop star made the transition into cinema playing the lead role in the musical movie about a small town girl who moves to Los Angeles to try and make it as a singer.

As much as she enjoyed the acting experience, Christina remains passionate about her music, and cant wait to evoke the personal qualities she acquired in the making of the film when she makes her next album.

In an interview with a New York radio station the multi-talented star admitted working on the movie which also stars pop and cinema icon Cher had a huge affect on her professionally and personally, turning her into a "new changed woman".

Christina plans to head back to the recording studio soon, and says the next record will reflect the introspective time shes going through at the moment. The gorgeous star announced shes split from Jordan Bratman, her music producer husband and father of her two-year-old son Max last month, so shes been dealing with some personal issues lately.

The singer also divulged that shes collaborated with recording artist/producer T.I. for his new album on a song called Castle Walls which should be released soon. (C) Cover Media
