(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Aguilera has days when she feels she cant get out of bed following her marriage breakdown.

The singer confirmed she had split from her husband Jordan Bratman last week. The pair married in 2005 and have two-year-old son Max together, with Christina insisting they are still dedicated to raising him together.

The star has not spoken of the reasons her relationship didnt work out, although she has admitted turning to friends during her tough time. Christina, 29, says those close to her have been instrumental in helping her cope, and always manage to cheer her up.

I have my mom and a small group of close friends who are there for me 24/7 and whom I can trust and depend on, she told Redbook. On days when it feels impossible to even get out of bed, much less function as a mother, their support and encouragement have kept me moving forward.

Since announcing the split, Christina has been seen enjoying mother-and-son time with Max. She is determined to learn how to juggle her new situation with her revived career, although she knows it will take a while to get used to it.
