(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Hendricks has confirmed she is "human" and gets nervous before recitals.

Christina is performing a scene from Broadway musical Company on stage at this Sunday's Tony Awards. The acclaimed Mad Men actress is nervous about acting live in front of the theatre community.

"Yes! I'm human," Christina tells New York magazine. "It's a whole community of people that I admire and I'm less familiar with, and I feel like I'm going onto their stage, so I hope they just accept me and I'll just, like, hide in the group."

The Mad Men actress works on a number of projects at any given time and is extraordinarily busy. Watching Gossip Girl is a welcome respite from her demanding lifestyle. No matter what is on her agenda, she is faithful to the American show and will not allow anything in her schedule to interfere with viewing an episode.

"Yes I do [watch Gossip Girl]! Are you kidding me?" says Christina. "Every week."

She is so enthralled with the show she spends time playing matchmaker with the characters. Christina has plans for Leighton Meester's character Blair Waldorf's next romance.

"Well, I love Ed Westwick. I just love his outfits, if nothing else, so" says Christina. "Or the prince?"

Christina continues to work on the television series Mad Men and her upcoming movies Drive and Detachment are scheduled to be released later this year. (C) Cover Media
