(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Cline Dion is set to perform at the upcoming Academy Awards.

The 42-year-old songstress and her husband Ren Anglil welcomed twins Eddy and Nelson in October, but despite being a busy mother the talented star is looking forward to getting back to performing.

It has been revealed Cline will take to the stage at the 2011 Academy Awards when they take place at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood on February 27.

According to E! Online, Cline will sing Smile during an annual segment which honours stars and industry professionals who have tragically passed away in the past year.

Performing at the Oscars isnt new for Cline, as the iconic songstress has actually sung at the ceremony five times already. Her last appearance was five years ago when she gave a heartfelt tribute to Italian composer Ennio Morricone by singing I Knew I Loved You.

This years Academy Awards are shaping up to be a vintage year for musical performances. It has already been revealed that Mandy Moore and Gwyneth Paltrow will take to the stage, plus organisers have said fans can expect plenty of singing from hosts Anne Hathaway and James Franco. (C) Cover Media
