Daddy's on screen ladylove is son's mother in his next. Audience remember Amrita Singh as Jackie Shroff's on screen lady love in the 1993 film, 'Aaina'.

Now the actress will play mother to his son Tiger Shroff in his upcoming film. Superhero film 'A Flying Jatt' directed by Remo D'souza will have Amrita playing a typical Punjabi mother to Tiger. 

57-year-old actress says, "From playing Jaggu's heroine to today, when I will play his son's mother, it's a fabulous progression for me."

She further adds, "I was told that the character had been penned keeping me in mind. Ekta thought I fit into a Punjabi mom's shoes perfectly. She and I share a great friendship and it was her idea to get me on board. I always agree with her because look at the amazing work she has given me in the past."

After working with Jackie 22 years ago, she is now excited to work with his son. "I have known the brat since he was born. He used to follow Jaggu on the sets."
