Robert Pattinson's Cosmopolis co-star Emily Hampshire is "in awe" of the actor's composure.

The Twilight actor has been left devastated after it was revealed weeks ago that his girlfriend Kristen cheated on him with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

After keeping a low profile for a while, Robert emerged back into the public eye. Yesterday he filmed an interview for the Daily Show, attended his Cosmopolis movie premiere that evening and looked cheery ringing the bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Tuesday.

"I am in awe with how he copes with it," she told the US edition of OK! magazine. "We were talking about Umami Burger, and I'm like that's the best burger in the world,' and he's like I know, I haven't been able to go out and get one at the place. I've had to have it sent to me, and it gets cold.'

"Like, if I couldn't have Umami Burger, I would be complaining!"

Emily is also charmed by Robert's grace.

"He's awesome. He really is normal," she explained. "Maybe that is his charm he makes everyone feel like they're connected to him. He was totally surprisingly normal and lovely."
