Along with 2002 hit and run case, Salman Khan is ongoing another case known as Arms Act case where Salman and a few other bollywood actors are accused of poaching black bucks on the midnight of October 1-2, 1998 during the shoot of the film, 'Hum Saath Saath Hain'.

The Jodhpur court called for the record of the subordinate court regarding the case and has accepted the actor's plea of revision.

Judge, Manoj Kumar Vyas has ordered summons of the record from the court of chief judicial magistrate and posted the matter on May 1 for detailed hearing.
