'Dhadak' actress Janhvi Kapoor turned 21 and was accompanied by her father Boney Kapoor along with her cousins Jahaan Kapoor, Shanaya Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor in a quiet celebration.

Sonam expressed her sisterly love by sharing a cousin group photo. Sonam Instagrammed this moment and captioned the pic ''#kapooranddaughters.'' The cousins along with Sonam and Janhvi are seen smiling on this occasion.

However, Jahnvi's step-brother Arjun Kapoor could not join in, as he is in Amritsar committed to the shoot of 'Namaste England'. Janhvi even celebrated her birthday by visiting an old-age home. The entire family surrounded Janhvi before blowing the candles.

Earlier Sonam Kapoor even shared Janhvi's solo pic on her Instagram handle and captioned it, "To one of the strongest girls I know, who became a woman today. Happy birthday jannu.     @janhvikapoor #21stbirthday."

A source spoke about Janhvi's birthday celebration by saying, "Sridevi had a few plans for Janhvi and she had discussed with Boney. Nobody knew something so unfortunate will happen before that. Despite this great loss, Boney Kapoor plans to celebrate Janhvi's birthday with the entire family being by her side. It will be a tough one for the young girl. Boney Kapoor and the family do not want anyone to give any condolences on Janhvi's birthday and they want it to be a happy day. In fact, Arjun Kapoor's sister Anshula Kapoor too will be a part of this celebration."
