(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Crystal Harris called off her wedding to Hugh Hefner because she didn't want the "Playboy lifestyle".

The 25-year-old Playmate model was expected to marry Playboy magazine founder Hugh, 85, this Saturday. However, it was revealed that Crystal had moved out of the Playboy mansion and the pair are no longer planning to tie the knot.

Crystal, who confirmed she called time on the engagement after realising the romance wasn't right for her, has revealed she was especially worried that Hugh's unconventional way of life did not suit her personality.

"This isn't the lifestyle for me, multiple girls around all the time, the Playboy lifestyle. I don't know. I just wanted to be true to myself, she told Ryan Seacrest on KISS FM.

Crystal has revealed that she had been having second thoughts about the nuptials for some time. She added that both she and Hugh were "relieved" after cancelling the big day.

"He thought that's what I wanted," she said. "And we were both kind of relieved."

Crystal insists the split was "mutual". The star says speculation that the former couple had a heated discussion over the situation is untrue.

"It was mutual between Hef and I," she explained. "There was no fight, we sat down and we talked about it."

Hugh, who confirmed on his Twitter account that his ex-fiance had a "change of heart" has also denied rumours that he and Crystal argued over the weekend, prompting the blonde beauty to move out.

"The reports that Crystal & I had a nasty argument', prompting her to call off the wedding, is untrue. There were no arguments," he wrote on his personal Twitter page.

Rumours have also surfaced that Crystal has been secretly dating Jordan McGraw, the son of television psychologist Dr. Phil.

Hugh and Crystal announced their engagement in December. This would have been Hugh's third marriage. (C) Cover Media
