(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Reese Witherspoon's donkeys are driving her neighbours "crazy".
The Hollywood actress keeps a host of animals on her ranch in Ojai California, including pigs, goats, chickens, and dogs. But it's the noise from the donkeys that is upsetting the star's fellow residents.
A few neighbours have sent letters complaining about the loud braying by Reese's donkeys - appropriately named Honky and Tonky.
"They're driving us crazy," one source told US Weekly.
Reese lives with her husband Jim Toth, son Deacon, 7, and daughter Ava, 11, in their Californian home, and their neighbours insist that the actress and her family are a delight to have in the area. They are adamant however that she ensures her donkeys stop making so much noise.
"She's beloved here," a local resident said. "I'm not even sure she knows what's going on."
It doesn't seem likely that Reese will get rid of her donkeys altogether. The blonde beauty has previously insisted that the animals have a "sweet" nature, and help give her young children some responsibility.
"They're actually miniature donkeys...They're docile and sweet," she told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres in December. "It's so good for the kids to learn about animals and kindness and compassion," she said. "I make them clean the stalls." (C) Cover Media
