(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dannii Minogue has a "hotline to her brother for when she wants baby advice.

The Australian star is mother to nine-month-old Ethan, her son with boyfriend Kris Smith. Although shes getting used to being a parent there are still some aspects of child-rearing which Dannii finds hard, so she feels so lucky to have her brother Brendan on hand for support. He has two sons and is only too happy to help his sister find her way.

Our home in Melbourne is our more permanent base now, and its really nice, because my brother lives down the road with his two little kids hes the hotline when I need baby advice, she laughed.

Dannii, 39, admits motherhood can be overwhelming at times. She worries she doesnt pick things up quick enough, particularly as Ethan is growing so fast.

Theres some stuff that comes really naturally, and then there are other times you think, I dont know what Im doing! The minute youve got the knack of something, Ethan has moved on, she told Stylist. By the time I got the knack of all the feeding, he outgrew it. Now hes crawling but soon hell be walking.

Danniis work life is as busy as her personal one. She is currently waiting to hear if shell be reprising her role as a judge on UK show The X Factor this year and has her own clothing line called Project D.

The star is also considering reigniting her music career and has been working on several new tracks. Those close to her have spent time trying to convince her to return to the charts, but shes worried she doesnt have enough time to devote to it.

I guess Ive been away for a while, but my main thing is making sure I have time to be with Ethan. I dont ever want to look back and think, I wish Id been there more, she admitted. Im confused because there are some really good songs, but my lifes got to have balance. (C) Cover Media
