(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dawn French was granted a divorce today due to her ex-husband Lenny Henrys unreasonable behaviour.

The 53-year-old TV star split from the comedian, 52, earlier this year after 25 years of marriage. The pair have remained friends, with Dawn insisting there is no war between her and Lenny.

Their divorce was granted by District Judge Penny Cushing at Londons High Court today, although neither star was in attendance.

Details of Lennys unreasonable behaviour have not been made public.

Dawn and Lenny met in 1981 and tied the knot three years later. They are parents to adopted daughter Billie, who is 18.

They have gone to great lengths to keep their split amicable. They decided to end their marriage last year, but remained together for another six months as they decided how best to handle the split and even went on holiday as a family.

As part of the terms of their divorce Dawn will continue living in their 2.3 mansion in Cornwall. (C) Cover Media
