Actress Karisma Kapoor and her estranged husband Sanjay Kapur had applied for a divorce petition on mutual consent in 2014, however so far the couple has not reached any conclusion.

So, both of them decided to withdraw the petition under the Hindu Marriage Act. Court will take a final call on November 27, 2015.

During a recent counselling session in the Family Court, only Karisma was present while Sanjay was over video conferencing since he was abroad for some work commitment.

Issue that the couple has been arguing about is the term of trust for the welfare of their kids. According to reports as Sanjay doesn't want to give control of trust to Karisma, she is not allowing him to meet their kids.
