The romance between Bollywood and Monsoon has been going on from ages. Our films are incomplete without a song-dance rain sequence which gives monsoon a magical appeal.

This appeal is not only loved by the filmmakers and the audiences but the actors too love the idea of monsoon. And one such Bollywood star is Deepika Padukone.

The actress who is currently in Corsica, France shooting for her upcoming film with former boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, confessed that she is missing Mumbai and the monsoon.

Deepika apparently loves spending time in Mumbai during monsoons and loves the view from her Prabhadevi flat especially when it rains. She left to shoot for the film early this month and is slated to return only mid August.

Though the actress is missing the Mumbai rains, she plans to make the most of it as soon as she returns from the shoot.

"I love the monsoon and I thoroughly miss being in Mumbai during this time. I'll try and make the most of it when I return," Deepika said.
