If recent rumours are to be believed, the relationship of lovebirds Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Mallya have parted ways.

Ever since they started dating back in 2010, they have made several appearances together. Off late the couple has been behaving very cold and aloof while talking about their relationship. Everyone wanted to believe that they were headed for something deep and meaningful when Siddharth recently met Deepika's parents for dinner" a source revealed to the media.

According to the industry insiders, Mallya Jr even told a friend that "the relationship was not working for a long time and was also not leading to anything serious".

Deepika, meanwhile, is concentrating on her work. "She is putting up a brave front, concentrating on her work and hoping for the best",  a source close to Deepika said.

Deepika was also spotted partying with ex beau Ranbir Kapoor on his 29th birthday.

Ranbir Kapoor recently gifted a piano to ex-flame Deepika when he came to know that she expressed an interest in learning music.
