Bollywood's yesteryear actor, Dharmendra who recently completed 50 golden years in Indian film industry, has been entertaining audiences with his consistent performance in various films.

With his last film 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' being declared a hit and two more films coming up in the future, Dharmendra seems to be in no mood to hang up his boots. One of them is a full on action 3D film 'Masters', whereas the second is the much anticipated sequel to 'Yamla Pagla Deewana'.

In spite of his consistent performance, the actor hasn't been honored with as many awards as he deserves, apart from a few Lifetime Achievement awards. This time around, Dharmendra will be bestowed with a much coveted award in the film industry. He is short listed for the 'Dada Saheb Phalke' award this year. That the actor will be felicitated with the honor has been confirmed by the organizers themselves.
