It has been over four months that the veteran superstar late Rajesh Khanna has passed away. But the dispute over taking his property, between his wife Dimple Kapadia and his lady love Anita Advani has been going on forever.

Recently, Dimple along with son-in-law and actor Akshay Kumar, filed a petition in the Bombay High Court, stating that she was late Kaka's legally wedded wife till his death. Dimple further added that no other woman could seek a share in the vast property by claiming to have been in a relationship with him.

Advani, had filed a case against the family including his daughters, stating that they have thrown her out of his bungalow 'Aashirwad' where she and the late star used to live.

In Advani's latest plea, she mentioned that she wanted access to the bungalow once again, and a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs too for the maintenance of the house.

While cases are filed and petitions are raised, both the parties are not ready to settle on any reasonable terms. They have both clearly stated that they will fight tooth and nail and take this case to its logical conclusion.
