(Cover) - EN Star Style - Dita Von Teese has always been heavy-handed when applying cosmetics.

The 38-year-old burlesque dancer and model is famous for her unique look, always appearing in public with immaculate hair and make-up and sporting a variety of traditional 1940s-style outfits.

Although Dita is a beauty icon to many, the star confesses she has always been a little too enthusiastic with her make-up brush, laughing that her look can sometimes appear over-done.

In a moment of nostalgia, Dita posted old photographs of herself on social-networking site Twitter, with one showing her with the original blonde locks she was born with and a heavily made up appearance.

The gorgeous celebrity also put up a picture in which she is sporting her trademark raven-haired tresses. Dita looks her usual beautiful self in the shot, although she admits her boyfriend at the time didnt take to the dramatic look immediately.
