Dominic Cooper loves his girlfriend suggesting "impromptu" weekends away.

The British actor has revealed the words every man wants to hear from a woman. He says a girl suggesting, "Let's get away this weekend," is a sure fire way to impress him.

Dominic - who is currently dating Ruth Negga - finds impulsiveness attractive in a partner.

"If she suggested an impromptu holiday, it would be really exciting. Any kind of adventure is spontaneous and a bit daring," he told Cosmopolitan magazine.

"If you just get up and do it, you always have the greatest time."

Dominic likes his partner to be supportive and fun-loving. The Hollywood hunk says, "That girl checked you out," and, "You're killing it at work," are words he'd welcome from his partner.

"If you point this out without becoming sensitive, it immediately reflects trust with each other... and that's cool," he said. "It's fantastic to know that your partner is supportive and proud of what you're doing."
