(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Dominic Cooper has reportedly "blown away" GOTTI: In The Shadow Of My Father executives.

The biographical crime movie is hotly anticipated, and already boasts a colourful cast including troubled actress Lindsay Lohan and Hollywood icons Al Pacino and John Travolta.

There have been reports of British star Dominic landing a role in the picture. Apparently the 33-year-old heartthrob has "blown away" movie insiders, and according to New York Post he's already been giving useful feedback about his possible character John Gotti Jr.

"He's read the Gotti script and already has great suggestions for the role," claimed a source.

The movie, scheduled for release in 2013, will recount the story of crime boss John Gotti and his family. John [Travolta] will play John Gotti Sr., and apparently Dominic is above established Hollywood actors such as James Franco and Johnny Depp on the list for the junior role. Director Barry Levinson and writer James Toback attended the New York premiere of Dominic's movie The Devil's Double this week, highlighting their interest in the talented actor.
