(Cover) - EN Star Style - Emma Roberts has revealed the secret to her luscious lashes is using fake inserts.

The actress who is best known for her roles in movies such as Valentines Day and Wild Child says she loves to create dramatic eye make-up.

The 20-year-old insists she is very particular when it comes to enhancing her lashes, and is partial to using false ones to add impact.

"If I had to use only one makeup product, it would be mascara. I pile it on," she told the April edition of Womens Health. "I also love fake lashes. I buy individual lashes at the drugstore and use tweezers to apply them myself. It's hard to do, but so worth it."

Emma has revealed she partakes in pole dancing and credits the fitness craze for toning her slender body. She also says that it has been a great way to increase her confidence.

"I started taking classes with friends as a way to both work out and hang out," she said. "You don't realise how much upper-body strength you need. It's also a good way to build confidence."

Emma says that maintaining her lean body isn't just the result of exercise. She has admitted that she has had to change her eating habits as she ate unhealthy food when she was younger, without even thinking about it.

"When I was younger, I would eat whatever I wanted," she said."My mom told me to eat healthier, not for the outside, but for the inside. A lot of women feel like they have to eat healthy to be skinny, but for me, it's not about that." (C) Cover Media
