According to Balaji's CEO Tanuj Garg, some creative changes in the script have led to this, but some say that producers are not keen on putting their money on Emraan as the actor has had a sling of flops in recent times, be it
'Ek Thi Daayan',
'Ghanchakkar' or
'Shanghai'.
The film that was to go on floors this month end, has now no start date. However, Garg claims that they will release the film as per scheduled.
Kunal Deshmukh who was to start his film
'Shaatir' in January 2014 with Emraan as the lead has seized this opportunity and will begin his film in October.
The film has an extensive schedule, first in Bombay then Sydney and South Africa and looking at that, we doubt that Emraan can soon begin 'Badtameez Dil'.
