Aamir Khan and Pooja Bhatt teamed up for the Bhatt project titled 'Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin' way back in 1991, and delivered one of the evergreen love-story blockbusters in Bollywood. The movie, which was inspired by the 1934 American classic 'It Happened One Night' by Frank Capra, might very well be called a Bollywood classic love-story.

Looks like the Bhatts, who are now seriously evaluating the remake of the 1991 hit, are looking at their 'golden boy' Emraan Hashmi to play the lead role in the remake. There was news early this year that the production house would cast Alia Bhatt as the lead actress, but that was not confirmed by Alia or father Mahesh Bhatt.

Sharing the latest on the remake, Mahesh expressed that the original Bollywood film did not do justice to the actor's character Clark Gable from the Hollywood classic. So with this remake, he would ensure that he works towards truly depicting the lead role's character. Bhatt added that Emraan would fit the bill, and further expressed that women who have secretly lusted for him so far, would now fall in love with the actor.

Although, the director of the film is yet to be finalized, rumor has it that Pooja might be the one wearing that hat.
