Yet again the audience proves that the reviews don't matter to them as a commercial caper is doing fairly well at the box office. 

The talked about film is Akshay Kumar's recently released film 'Entertainment'. 

The film which is based on the protagonist's relationship with a dog has amused the audience to no limits. 

'Entertainment' got a decent response in its opening weekend despite facing grave competition from Salman Khan's three week old film 'Kick'. 

Starring Akshay and Tamannaah Bhatia, the slapstick comedy film directed by director duo Sajid-Farhad, has been able to make Rs. 43.69 crores so far.

On the opening day the film opened to a good response at the box office as it earned Rs. 11.16 crores. The business on the weekend improved and it summed up to a decent Rs. 36.69 crores collection.

Akshay's film is still facing the competition from Salman's Eid release 'Kick' which has also broken the record of many hit films. And now that Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'Singham Returns' is releasing this Friday, it remains to be seen how Akshay's 'Entertainment' fares at box office in its second week.
