The American actress is hosting this years MTV European Music Awards (EMAs) which will take place in Madrid, Spain, on Sunday. She cant wait for the event, and is looking forward to meeting some of her favourite artists. Top of her list are rock gods Bon Jovi, who will receive the MTV EMA Global Icon award. Eva was beside herself when she heard they would be attending, as she has loved the group since she was a child.

Im excited to see Katy Perry, Shakira never disappoints, and I love Kings of Leon and Linkin Park, she said. Im thrilled Bon Jovi are receiving an award because theyre probably my favourite band of all time. Ive met them and even had my picture taken with them. In fact, that photo is such a prized possession I have it hanging in my office.

Eva is a big rock fan, so much so the first album she bought was by Metallica. The first concert she ever went to also featured the metal band, although pop music still has a place in Evas heart. Her first crush was on Latin hunk Ricky Martin, and she used to spend hours staring at an image of him she had tacked to her wall as a kid.

Well, actually it was Menudo, the Puerto Rican boyband originally formed in the 70s. They became the most popular Latin American teen group of that era and Ricky Martin was a member, she laughed to Look magazine. (C) Cover Media
