(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Eva Longoria Parker and her estranged husband Tony Parker are not at war, it has been claimed.

The pair both filed separate divorce papers last month saying that there were differences between them that could not be repaired.

There are allegations that 28-year-old basketball player Tony had been texting mutual friend Erin Barry for more than 12 months, although she has denied having an affair with him on her blog.

But one insider has revealed that, although the actress, 35, is devastated about the split, the couple are not as bitter as some reports have suggested recently.

Eva is a total class act, and even though she's heartbroken she still loves Tony very much, they're not at war with each other, suggested Extras Mario Lopez, who is friends with Eva.

Relations are amicable and they simply hope that matters improve soon, he added.

And he dismissed any other rumours that have been flying around.
