Every big film goes through an ugly phase some time or the other of its production when a crucial scene, a safely guarded look or a highly anticipated song is leaked by some troublemakers on net and social sites.
It happened with 'Ra.One', 'Don 2' and 'Ek Tha Tiger' as well, but the latest to join the infamous list is Filmmaker Shirish Kunder's 'Joker'.
The highly anticipated film's trailer was recently released online but it was the closely guarded 'Kaafirana' song featuring Chitrangada Singh that got leaked and the whole incidence has spelled horror for the team.
The leaked audio of the song is however not the same version that is used in the film, but still the leaked music has left them in bad taste.
"This is an older version of the song that is in the film. I woke up to these messages, and I am yet to see what is online, but this is in bad taste. That too, just when the movie is ready, and we're ready to talk about it," said Shirish.
His wife-cum-producer of the film Farah Khan too is fumed over the incident and is desperate to catch the culprit. "I had a heart attack in the morning when I saw the texts and tweets. This happened during Tees Maar Khan also, when both the songs and their videos were leaked online. Where the hell is this coming from? It is difficult to find out, and this is an old version. I don't even know how to stop this now," added Farah.
All we can do, is hope that such evil practices by hackers' are put to an end soon.
