The music of the much awaited Gabbar Singh, which is the forthcoming film of 'Power Star' Pawan Kalyan, will be launched at a grand function in Hyderabad on April 15.

A remake of Bollywood blockbuster Dabangg, Gabber Singh has Pawan in the role of a carefree police officer. Shruti Haasan plays his heroine, a role made popular by Sonakshi Sinha in Hindi.

In a statement to the media, producer Bandla Ganesh said that he would be hosting the ceremony on a grand level. Many prominent figures from the Telugu film industry, including Pawan's elder brother Mega Star Chiranjeevi, are expected to attend the function.

'The audio launch function will be followed by non-stop promotions in the print and television media. After that, the film will make it to the theatres in the first week of May,' said the sources.
