Gaurav, once an associate of filmmaker K.S. Ravikumar makes his debut directorial with the film 'Thoonga Nagaram'. The film happens to be the first independent production of Cloud Nine Productions. Speaking about the film, director Gaurav says that he had entered into film industry with the dreams of becoming a successful actor. But he had no other options than starting off with direction. But now his dreams have come true as he plays one of the lead roles in his debut film 'Thoonga Nagaram'. The film has 'Kalavani' Vimal, 'Nadodigal' Bharani and 'Renigunta' Nishanth in lead roles with Anjali playing the role of Vimal's love interest. The film is scheduled to hit screens in February while the audio was launched recently at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai.
