Giuliana Rancic has given an update on her health, a month after revealing she was suffering from breast cancer.
The E! News host spoke to Parade.com and admitted that it was not an easy journey battling the disease but that she is doing well.
Giuliana, 36, initially said she was a "nervous wreck" about going public with her illness but now contends that it has helped her throughout the past few weeks and she remains optimistic.
"I'm good. I'm hanging in there," she told the site. "I have good days and bad days."
The television personality, who is married to The Apprentice winner and businessman, Bill Rancic, says that the outpouring of support she received from fans has been a source of inspiration.
"I know it sounds so clich, but I think it helped me recover quicker, and it got me in better spirits," she revealed. "The word I kept seeing over and over again was strong.' Be strong. You're strong.'"
"The word has never meant so much to me as it has this past month."
Giuliana's tumours were discovered in its early stages after her fertility doctor recommended she have a mammogram before embarking on her third round of IVF treatment in her bid to have a baby.
"Early detection means so much," she said. "I want women to make sure they're taking care of their health and being proactive."
