Giuliana Rancic is glad that "everything's good" with her health currently.

The E! News presenter and star of reality show Giuliana and Bill underwent a double mastectomy in December.

Giuliana is feeling fit and vigorous following the procedure.

"Everything's good," Giuliana told OK! magazine. "I check in with my doctor every few months. Thankfully, the surgery was a success. I'm resuming life as usual."

Giuliana and her husband Bill are now exploring family planning options.

"As Bill says, we're dealing with one marathon at a time," the host explained.

"We focused on getting through the health stuff, and now we're looking at our options. But we definitely want kids one day. We'd like three or four kids, but it has been a struggle, and one would be a blessing."

Giuliana admits that Bill sometimes gets cranky with the in-laws.

"My parents stay at our house and drive Bill nuts!" she laughed. "They're Italian, and there's a language barrier. He's kind of scared of my mum! They go head-to-head a lot."
