Gwyneth Paltrow does 200 sit-ups a day'

(Cover) - EN Star Style - Gwyneth Paltrow is undergoing a gruelling fitness regime in order to maintain her celebrated figure, it has been reported.

The Hollywood actress, who once famously followed a macrobiotic diet, now has a "super low-carb" eating regime, followed by daily one-and-a-half hour workouts.

While the 38-year-old actress mother of two is seen as super fit, she is reportedly working even harder to ensure she keeps her physique.

"She still does 200 sit-ups a day and says her body is in the best shape ever," an insider told Closer magazine.

"Gwyneth also has a 360 degrees mirror to check she looks great and has ice baths twice a week to help her stay toned, as well as oxygen facials."

It's not all laborious gym routine for Gwyneth however, according to the source.

While the svelte star is a big fan of celebrity personal trainer Tracy Anderson, it's an A-list pal that is pepping up her regime - with dance based gym sessions.

"Gwyneth has actually relaxed a little bit. She still follows Tracy's routine, but has been introducing dance moves which she has worked on with Beyonc [Knowles]," the source added. (C) Cover Media
